After using Agent2000 for years, the latest paid upgrade would not let us "restore data" in case of a crash. Fatal bugs like this just are acceptable. Since they could not fix it after many months, we were force to switch. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Top Producer is far more advance in every way, especially interfacing the Internet. Agent2000 support went to H after they were aquired by Moore Data and hopefully, Top Producer being aquired by Homestore will avoid this problem.
